Brandon Adams

Brandon Adams started his Hytrol journey in 2017 and is an Operations Supervisor in Fabrication.

He is credited with being an effective leader, always looking to assist co-workers both in Jonesboro and Fort Smith, while enhancing his skillsets, including new production technology. “He is always willing to learn new things to help Hytrol be successful. Great example of leadership,” said Ken Ware, Production Manager.

When asked about accomplishments he’s most proud of, Brandon pointed to overseeing multiple areas of fabrication and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the process from start to finish.

The spirit of teamwork and watching new leaders become successful in their roles is what Brandon said he enjoys most about his position. He also notes that teamwork is important when facing challenges. “The way we have been most successful in handling each obstacle is everyone pulling together and facing them head-on.”

Brandon offers some simple but profound advice for new employees: “Learn everything.”
