Bryan Dowdy

Bryan Dowdy is the General Red Team Leader in Jonesboro and has been with Hytrol since 2022.

With a record backlog and high demand expected in 2025, it’s been an all-hands-on-deck effort across the company. Part of that effort includes Bryan, who has been working to reduce the amount of scrap metal.

“Bryan has worked hard to repurpose inventory from assembly instead of scrapping parts out,” Hytrol Materials Manager Shelby Crosskno stated. “He does this on top of the day-to-day stresses of increased output and supplying each area of the business. Additionally, he comes to work with a good attitude, which positively impacts the team.” 

“Bryan’s team-oriented mindset has positively impacted not only his own team, but also the teams he works with. He truly has a one team, one goal mindset, and it shows,” added Crosskno.

When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Bryan said, “The people. Hytrol truly has the best people.”
