Erin Morphis

Erin Morphis is a vital member of our Information Systems team. She has been part of the Hytrol Family for over two years.

In the midst of a major Digital Transformation for Hytrol, Erin is recognized for her organizational skills and taking initiative on several related tasks. She has improved our new ERP system, Epicor, by creating items to help with part number identification.

“She is always quick to respond to a problem, facilitates meetings effectively and in a timely manner, and she works to help solve problems that benefit the overall organization, even if it may cause her some extra work,” IT Product & Program Management Manager Brian Bailey said.

When asked what she appreciates most about her team, Erin said, “The IT team here is the hardest working team I have ever been a part of. They truly care about what they are doing and work well as a team.”

For new employees, Erin offered this advice: “Actively listen to others and don’t be afraid to ask questions. There is a wealth of information in every corner.”
