Jimmy Phillips

Jimmy Phillips joined the Hytrol Family in 2021 and is a Maintenance Technician.

His hard work is not only seen at Hytrol but also in the classroom. Jimmy has completed several career advancement classes. The most recent being focused on electrical maintenance and controls, strengthening his expertise and commitment to growth.

While at Hytrol, Jimmy received the company’s Killer Whale Award for his teamwork, leadership, and impact within the organization.

“Jimmy has demonstrated exceptional ability within the maintenance department,” said Gregory Vanderpluym, Hytrol Plant Engineering and Maintenance Manager. “He has become the go-to resource for knowledge and problem-solving solutions related to our lasers, often coaching others along the way.”
