John Person

Engineering Team Leader John Person has been with Hytrol for nearly 8 years. John is part of Hytrol’s Engineering Technology & Performance group.

John’s work is instrumental in helping the company reach its digital transformation goals. He and his team ensure that critical software programs work together efficiently across ordering and manufacturing.

When asked about handling challenges, John said, “We work in teams to support each other, and diversifying the work brings others along to learn and develop their skills. A significant part of my job is learning new systems, then turning around and helping others learn those same systems, so we’re all proficient and ready to perform at the high level required to get the shop the bill of materials they need.”

“John is one of the most tireless workers I have ever known,” said Jamie Cloud, Engineering Supervisor. “He constantly strives to get our team and, ultimately, Hytrol to the next level of excellence. With people like him driving us toward success, we can’t help but become the best we can be.”
