LJ Jefferson

LJ Jefferson has been part of the Hytrol Family for over three years. He is currently a Brake Press Machine Operator.

LJ is known for the dedication and hard work he puts into his daily tasks. His supervisors note that he’s the type of employee who is “always willing to come in early” and “goes above and beyond” to achieve high production numbers.

“He’s the ‘never say no’ guy, the ‘how long do you need me to stay’ guy, the ‘can I come in early to learn this’ guy, the ‘how many do you need me to do tonight’ guy,” Operations Supervisor Joseph McVay said.

“He’s always willing to help others if they are running parts that fit in with what he’s running to increase our chances of hitting our goal.”
