There was something that set Hytrol founder Tom Loberg apart from many entrepreneurs. His focus on empathy and the other values close to the heart of Hytrol today created a legacy. Many employees at Hytrol never got the chance to talk to Tom–he passed away in 2004. But, most of our employees know what he stood for.
This is the legacy we recognize each year with the Loberg Award. This award is given to an employee who most embodies the values that Tom established.
Nominees must be current employees who have been with Hytrol for at least 5 years. Nominations by current Hytrol employees will be considered and reviewed by a panel of judges. Deadline for nominations is May 17.
The winner will be announced during Loberg Day festivities on July 1, 2024.
The recipient will be recognized with a plaque and receive a Hytrol prize pack.
Past Loberg Award winners: Tony Sartin (2017), Wayne McGill (2018), Dan Holmes (2019), Teressa Vinson (2020), Jeff Hall (2021), Randy Manis (2022), Louie Asher (2023)
