How to reorder E24™ motors

Welcome to Hytrol. We sell all of our products through a system of distributors or, as we call it, the Integration Partner Network. It spans the entire globe. If you are in need of reordering parts, such as E24™ motors, here are the steps to get started by utilizing the Hytrol Toolbox app:

  1. Download the app onto your preferred device (below).
  2. Use the app to scan the barcode on the conveyor serial number.
  3. Select the motor to reorder, and add it to your shopping cart.
  4. The order will be sent to the Hytrol integration partner who sold the equipment originally, and they will contact you with confirmation.

If you’d like to contact a Hytrol integrator, use the following steps:

  1. Go to our Integration Partner locator map.
  2. Enter your location or name of the integrator into the locator form on the map.
  3. Find a yellow locator dot near you and click or tap it. You will be taken to the integrator’s website.
  4. Contact the integrator to start the ordering process.
